It provides executive coaching, including 1:1 coaching, mentoring, team coaching and facilitation to the health and social care professionals. Our commitment. We recognise our role in identifying and supporting victims of modern slavery and human trafficking who may engage our services. We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or any part of our business activity.The company fully supports the government’s aim to eradicate modern slavery in the UK.It must uphold the principles of the Human Rights Act (1998), specifically article 4, which holds that people have the right to live free from slaveryor forced labour.
Due diligence, CEO I have had relevant safeguarding training regarding the awareness and understanding of modern slavery and how to respond and support victims of modern slavery. Equality and diversity, M K Spare Coaching Limited is committed to ensuring equality of access to the services it provides and aims to prohibit unlawful and unfair discrimination in access to its services. Contracts and procurement templates used by K Spare Coaching Limited contain appropriate clauses that require the supplier of such goods and services to comply with the Act.
Due diligence may also include written confirmation from the supplier that their business complies with the Act.Should any suppliers be suspected of non-compliance to the Act, then this would be immediately reported through the appropriate regulatory and statutory authorities. This statement is made in line with section 54 (1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the Company’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2026.
